Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Magicfabs, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in the best condition. Since we deal in fabrics and handcrafted products, returns are subject to certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement. No later.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email / WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

2. Returns & Replacements – When Are They Allowed?

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the website

Reporting Timeline

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Proof Required

To help us resolve your request quickly, please share:

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product while unboxing

  • Images of the original packaging

  • Order ID and contact details

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process the return or replacement.

3. Items That Are NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Fabrics purchased in lengths below 2.5 meters

  • Items priced below ₹300

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Custom-dyed, custom-cut, or made-to-order products

  • Fabrics with handwork, embroidery, sequins, or surface design

  • Products that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or used

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

We currently do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, color preference, texture expectation, or suitability after delivery.

We strongly recommend:

  • Checking fabric descriptions, measurements, and images

  • Contacting us before purchase if you have any questions

5. Return Shipping & Reverse Pickup

  • If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect item, we may arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • Reverse pickup charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.

  • For returns not caused by our error, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Return pickup availability depends on your delivery location.

6. Refunds & Store Credit

Prepaid Orders

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are not issued in cash.

  • Approved refunds may be provided as NEFT or UPI transfers, at our discretion.

7. Inspection & Processing Time

  • Returned items are inspected once received.

  • We aim to complete inspection and approval within 3–5 business days post receiving the package.

  • If the item does not meet return eligibility conditions, the request may be rejected.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting — this does not qualify as a defect.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition to qualify for any return or replacement.

  • Magicfabs reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on inspection.

10. Policy Updates

Magicfabs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
