At Magicfabs, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email and/or WhatsApp.


2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Remote / Non-serviceable Areas: Up to 10 working days

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹799.

  • For orders below ₹799, shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs depend on order value, weight, and delivery PIN code.

  • Currently we do not offer International shipments.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We ship through reliable third-party courier partners.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your delivery status.

  • Delivery attempts are subject to courier partner policies.


5. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability based on PIN code.

International Shipping

  • At present, we do not offer international shipping.

  • If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are carefully packed to minimize damage during transit.

  • Fabrics and delicate items are packed using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.


7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver orders within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Government restrictions or holidays

In such cases, we will keep you informed as much as possible.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

  • COD orders that are returned undelivered may not be eligible for re-shipment.


9. Using Your Own Courier

  • Customers may choose to arrange their own courier pickup from our location.

  • In such cases, Magicfabs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the package is handed over to the customer-arranged courier.


10. Returns & Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item shipped by us.
